*Abstract:*

Various estimation methods are discussed in respect of rainfall estimation. The potentialities of two methods were demonstrated by comparison of estimated daily rainfall values in unknown locations with the results of real observations in the same locations. The accuracy of prediction as well as applied properties of the estimations and methods used are discussed.
